One single room availble for rent at Garrett st Maroubra. Looking for student to occupy the room. The rest of the people living in the house are asian female student studying in UNSW.

Good location 5 minute walk to Maroubra Junction Pacific Square and to the bus stop. There are lots of buses that goes to UNSW.

The room is fully furnished, it has single bed, wardrobe, study desk, chair and book rack. We try to maintain a clean place to live so everyone can enjoy staying here

Single room available to rent. Price is 240 a week, includes all bills (electricity, water, gas and internet bills). Rent price excludes heater electricity if you need to use one. Bond is 4 weeks.

There's shared laundry and bathroom facilities and fully equipped kitchen (you can use the pots/pan and utensils).
